Allow Appendix Card Reordering on Dashboard

I'd like to be able to reorder the list of cards under the dashboard but there isn't an ability to drag them around to reorder them. They need to be removed from the appendix and then added back in the order I want which can be time consuming depending on how many cards I have in my dashboard. A simple drag and drop reordering like the rest of the dashboard would be great
