Access denied even if the access credentials are correct : What could be the reason?

 Hi,

 

I have been using Domo for the last couple of years, suddenly for the last few days , i am denied acess even when I doubly check that I am using the correct user id and password. Can you help me diagnose the problem and a solution based on your expertise. 

 

The error messege says ' invalid user id or password'

    I would reach out to the Admin of your Domo instance. They should be able to check on the UserID for your login. They can also force reset your password if this is needed.
