Fixed Dashboard Date Ranges

I thought it would be a good idea to 'freeze' or 'lock' a date range selector (card) either at the top or the side of the dashboard. I've attached a picture of the date range selector. It would be useful to be able to change the date range without having to scroll back to the top of the page to do so.
