Drill down a range of data rather than a single point

I'm making a drilldown path in a timeseries card (days on x-axis). The problem is that for drilldown, I have to click on a day, and I can only then drill down into that day. However, I want to be able to drill down into a range of days, rather than just one. 

 

Any idea how I can do this.

Unfortunately, this is not an option that is supported right now. However, it would make a good enhancement request. Information on how to submit this and how its handled is discussed in this link;
