Uploading a Excel file stopped working
Process has been in place for about 18 months, getting a "cannot run" error due to restrictions on the number of times we can upload the data. However it worked two days ago and the actual upload process never even finishes and continue to get one hour refresh restriction error.

With an error like that you may want to reach out to your Account Executive.

Is it using the legacy Excel connector or the File Upload connector? I believe the Excel connector has been retired. Try setting it up using File Upload. Anything connected to the dataset should flip seamlessly.
