App Design Studio - Blank Card (Still Loading)

I'm using AI 2019 and successfully created a new widget and uploaded to the asset library.  The new app displays in the asset library.  The problem is when I create a new card the widget is blank and the left side of screen has a msg. that states "still loading..."  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Belive App Studio Cards don't display in Internet Explorer, seem to work fine in Chrome.
