Is it possible to hide the page owner from all users?

We work at a company that has many users on the platform. We have a question/issue process for Domo, but people try to circumnavigate this by asking the page owner directly. I realize that the page owner is tied to certain functionality, but could we hide this for certain users?

    you can re-assign ownership of pages but, there is got to be always an owner
