Connecting to Outlook

Our customer service center would like metrics on emails sent and receive. Since we use personal and shared inboxes using Outlook, I'm trying to connect to the data using the Exchange app. So far, attempts have been unsuccessful.
Has anyone successfully been able to acquire email data for Outlook before? If so, what worked?

Aaron,
I pulled my own Exchange data into Domo using the Exchange connector.
Where in the process is it failing for you?

Thanks @zcameron
Three things:
I put in my own credentials (I'm not a sys admin)
I chose instance type of online (I think we're a hybrid, though not sure)
I chose the script report of mail traffic (there are so many options here I'm not sure which is best)
After that configuration, the connector runs for >5 minutes and results in the message:
Unexpected error: The term 'Get-MessageTrace' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again
