If I added a PDP policy for "everyone" to access the data with a value that will always be in the table, and then there is still an impact to cards, how do you troubleshoot why cards are still impacted even though based off of the data value, its impossible that the data wouldn't be captured in in the pdp.

    Perhaps there are nulls in the column you are basing the PDP policy off of, I would start by checking that
