Remove Drill Down from Specific Fields

Is there a way to remove the drill down ability from certain fields?

 

There is usually no supporting data behind a beast mode field. To reduce confusion for users it would be nice to be able to remove the drill down option on fields that don't have data in the drill down instead of getting an error.

    Additional note if this is for a table card.

     

    You can still do your own html links if you disable the drill paths. 

     

    We did this before and turned off drill paths, then for the first column only we did a beastmode that resulted in a hyperlink to another page. It is possible to filter that next page/card too... but that is pretty advanced.

    That is not available.

     

    The best you can do is to prevent the drill down to the final  data grid view completelty from the card options "Edit Drill Path"  or  "add a view"  to the drill path that takes you to a card you can create
