Ability to see description even if title is hidden

Usually, when we hover over a card's title, we are able to read the description. 

 

However, now that we can choose to not display the title in the new dashboard feature (for aesthetic purposes), I no longer am able to see descriptions in such cards. It would be great if the description was visible whenever the mouse hovers over the center or middle of the card, if not anywhere. 

 

Specifically, in my situation, I've made some Single Value cards, with a label using the chart properties--so, a title would be redundant. I'd still love the ability to explain and see the description of the card, no matter how simple it is.
