When a collection is "collapsed", provide a more clear visual clue

We field calls from users all the time saying that all their cards dissapeared... when all that happened was that they inadvertently collapsed a collection on the page and didn't know it.

 

It would be very beneficial if there was some sort of visual clue when a collection was collapsed... something saying "Click here to open collection"... or something like that.

    Great idea! This is definitely needed.

    Even a little drop-down arrow would work so it doesn't mess with the visual as much as words might.  

    Something like the arrows we all see in our file directories would probably elicit the right unconscious response.
