Add Rows Blend not working

I'm trying to combine two datasets together. Given the size of one of the datasets (62MM rows), I went with the Add Rows Blend. I made sure to match my columns in name and type (as shown in screenshot), but when it came time to put them together, I'm not seeing the option to run the Blend. What am I doing wrong?
