How do I sequence the Series in the legend of my card exactly the way I want?

I have a bar graph card with a legend showing the series being plotted. I'd like to sequence the series in the legend based on a certain hierarchy that I want, not in alphabetical order or some other "pre-built" way.

 

For example, I want my sequence to be as follows:

 

Software

Network & Integration Devices

Equipment Controllers

Terminal Controllers

Lighting & Shade Controllers

Access Control

Smart Room Devices & Displays

Field Devices

Accessories & Other

Training

Marketing & Promotional Material
