Update Export Card to PowerPoint to pptx file type
Currently, when you export a card and choose PowerPoint, it exports it as a .ppt file type. This is very outdated and becoming blocked many IT security policies. The export to PowerPoint option should export to a .pptx file type.

Support for Snowflake Timezone aware Datatypes in Domo data viewer
TIMESTAMP_NTZ gets TZ converted and presented in Domo in the correct Timezone. TIMESTAMP_TZ appears gets mishandled and the UTC date is presented.
