Beast calculation to work based on Date filter selection change
Hi ,
Can you please help to resolve issue .
I have requirement where current year - previous year variance should be shown
based on Global date filter selected from dashboard .
Example : when 2022 ( This year selected from Global date filter) sales variance between 2022 and 2021 to be shown .
when 2021 ( Previous year selected from Global date filter) sales variance between 2021 and 2020 to be shown and so on untill 2019 .
I have beast calculation which works only for Current year vs previous year .
(sum(case when year(`Date`)=year(CURRENT_DATE()) then `Value` else 0 end)
- sum(case when year(`Date`)=(year(CURRENT_DATE())-1) then `Value` else 0 end))
How to build logic which changes based on date filter selection .
