Instagram Business Connector - Server Error

Hi guys,
Has anyone had this error whilst trying to pull data from Instagram?
Domo is ready, but received a 'Server Error' from the data provider. If the issue persists contact the data provider for support.
All suggestions welcome as I really need to get this fixed.

@shielmunroe - If you have not already done so, you should send this over to Domo Support with the dataset id of the dataset that is failing.

They are telling me that because it is a server issue that we need to speak to Instagram support. However, there is no support to speak to on Instagrams end
