Multiple categories on X-axis - really not possible?

Hi,

something that I can easily do in Excel gives me headaches in Domo. I simply want to use two columns at the x-axis, but cannot find a way how to do this in a card.

Like this below, 1 Region of Account plus Region of Team. Count cases and split into more/less 24 hrs:

Below is what I tried in DOMO, I created a new column and combined the two columns, but it is way more ugly and difficult to read compared to the simply layout in Excel.
