  • How can remove the large "Powered By" graphics from each embeded card?

    Hey Jwilson,

There is a team within Domo that is able to disable this. Just reach out to your AE or CSM and they will be happy to help get this actioned for you.

  • Our CSM defaulted to our sales rep who says this isn't in the product yet.  As a work-around he provided us with a bit of hacky code that tries to wrap the iFrame in a div and then simply hide the bottom portion of the iframe content that includes the branding.  That's never going to work on a responsive website.

In looking at the react code that comes down in the Domo iframe, it appears that we would need the "embed-card-whitelabel" feature to be enabled but that doesn't appear to be something we can do on our own.  What team at Domo can affect this change for us?

  • Were you able to get the "Powered by Domo" label removed with an Iframe embed?  Would be nice to have this as an option to toggle on/off as it eats up substantial real estate (~15%) on our already small tiles.  If you have the title enabled as well it is almost 1/3 of the usable space gone.

  • Unfortunately no.  No one was ever able to do that for us.  Users aren't complaining any more but the embeded visualizations are so small because so much area is taken up with branding that I don't think anyone's getting value out of the embeded Domo visualizations.  We may just replace them with some other visualization solution.

  • @jwilson  @Swizzletrain  It's been a while since last reply on this, any update on this white labeling feature?

I agree with all who've commented, the logo(s) take up a lot of valuable screen real estate and hinder using them in our portals.

    Thanks!

Never mind, looks like this has already been implemented -- either that or they've turned it on for our instance.  Looks good, going to begin embedding in a few of our apps and test inoperability.
