unable to delete a scheduled report

Hi Domo peeps -

 

for some reason, I am unable to delete or disable a scheduled report.

 

so, I get to report scheduler and see the scheduled report I want deleted.

when I click on delete, nothing happens.

 

when i click disable, it shows disabled, but when I click on, say reports I scheduled, the scheduled report I disabled,

becomes available again.

 

is there a bug or is it just something I am not doing right?

    Hi,

     

    Sorry I do not work for Domo so I am unable to delete your data. What I don't see in your screenshot is the three elipses, which are highlighted in my attached image. I believe you have to disable the report before you can delete it. If you do not see the three elipses then you must not have the permissions to delete or disable reports and you should talk to your Domo administrator.

  • Do you have a snapshot of when it shows enabled again? 

     

    I am able to disable a report and it shows as disabled on reports you scheduled. I am also able to delete reports without any problems.

     

    What permission set does your user have? This may be the issue, as an admin I am able to disable and delete any scheduled reports.

    It still shows Scheduled to be delivered within 3 days.

     

    can you delete it on your end?
