Learning about Data Aggregators and Audience Data Monetization

Hello! I own a company which gathers demographic based consumer data regarding price perception of perishable foods and demand for perishable foods. I am very intrigued by the possibility of monetizing this data and I would greatly appreciate guidance with learning more about the subject. If you have any resources on the subject that you can point me to, I would be very thankful. Additionally I am curious what an average selling price for consumer data such as what I've mentioned would be. Thank you in advance!

    The information your gathering is pretty specific so don't be surprised if noone here can give you an idea of what that might be worth as it isn't really a Domo question and I don't know that you'll be lucky enough that someone works in that industry and would know the answer.
