"Governance: Card and Page Ecosystem" App - Does the "No Owner" option work

Hi,

Does the "No owner" checkbox work for others of you ?

I'd like to use it, as per the suggestion in the attached "Governance: Card and Page Ecosystem" App.

I click it and then click apply and nothing on the underlying list changes. This is both for Cards and Pages.
