I'm super excited about the new release!   thank you!

Am i supposed to be able to save a card with a variance bar line graph?

I'm using chrome and every time i hit save, the chart reverts back to just the previous week without the 2nd bar and the var line.

i've looked thru the documentation and think i'm doing it right!

see attached screen shots

(unless you are from Domo and can see it here

https://bluemoondigital-co.domo.com/page/1778422843/analyzer?cardid=945618345)

thanks for the help!

A fix has been pushed out for this issue.

My experience thus far has been that the fix works if you start a new card and utilize the period over period functionality, but not if you are editing and existing card.

  • doesn't appear to be a browser thing - have tried in firefox.

Can you attach a screen shot as most folks will not be able to access your Domo instance with the link you provided?

    Thanks!

    Hi @amycaroline

Some questions -  what level of access rights do you have, have you tried the other save options (save as, save and close), and after you've saved and closed, does the card still show the reverted version?

  • Thanks aaron @AS -

i'm an Admin - so hopefully perms aren't the prob.
i've tried all the Save options to no avail.

when i save the graph reverts to what it is without the previous period (see screenshot)

also, the help icon/question mark doesn't work.

That sounds fishy, especially the part about the help link not working.  I can't say what the problem is, but it certainly sounds like a bug.
