Reporting
Looking to get recommendations on how to utilize Domo as a reporting tool. Currently, we have scheduled reports which go out to our team members, and we also export pages to PowerPoint to get snapshots of the pages at a point in time. The drawback of a scheduled report is that it just lists the cards in an email. The drawback of the export to PPT is that it is a manual process…can you schedule an export to PPT? Also, a lot of our executives still like to get something on paper. A one page, executive summary of several metrics is ideal. We are going to explore using Adobe Illustrator to create an app; however, how could someone receive this in a format that is printable and at a schedule time? Just looking for best practices and suggestions as it pertains to reporting. Thank you!

The Powerpoint plug-in was built with that purpose in mind. I'd recommend that you visit http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=domopowerpoint. This feature allows you to customize your deliverable deck, and update the data to live right before printing it off.
Anyone that uses the plug-in can use the refresh button to get the data updated when they need it. Let me know if that does the trick. Thanks

What if we have 30 people that get the same cards, but we only want to show the data that is pertinent to them? Would the plug-in work for this? Right now, we are using the page analyzer to filter the data and then exporting to PPT.
