SQL server Connectivity Error

Hi,

We are trying to connect to our local Microsoft SQL server using Microsoft SQL Server Connector in DOMO using following credentials :

Username : sa

Password : *******

Host : MachineName

Port : 8080 / 1433

Database : master

We are getting following error when trying to connect :

Failed to authenticate. Verify the credentials and try again. The TCP/IP connection to the host PUNITP128373L, port 8080 has failed. Error: "null. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.".

All the Ports and Hosts are up and running from our end. Please help us to resolve the issue.

Thanks in Advance !!!

Firewall might be blocking the ports. You may have to open the ports in your firewall.
