Where do I get oauth-access-token?

I am looking to write a script to export data from Domo automatically and insert it to Google Spreadsheet. 

Which I found the below example script from developer.domo.com but I need to know where to get the oauth-access-token.

Also - If anyone has already created a script for google spreadsheet - please give me a hand as well
