Is it possible to remove the users automatically from instance after a period of inactivity.?

There is not something out of the box that would do this. You can easily build a card that would show your inactive users. If you have the Domo Stats dashboard, there is already a card built that shows you inactive users. However, the tricky part is removing them. You would need to build some API calls in order to delete someone. As a best practice, you would also want to move any content they own (datasets, dataflows, pages, card) to someone else so nothing is orphaned. There would be a series of calls you would need to construct.
