Projects & Tasks Additional Fields

It would be nice if we had separate containers for additional information within projects & tasks. The reason being we are trying to capture and categorize more information about our requests/tasks that come in. For example, we have a a field to capture contributors, but we would like a separate field so we can understand who requested this task/request/enhancement. We wouldn't want them to be able to edit or view the task, but just so we could track for our own purposes which people, offices, divisions, teams, etc. are having the most requests. This will help us better prioritize projects. Also, I know we could jam these into the description but are there are other fields available for things like: Requester, Reason for enhancement, Page(s) that will be updated, Is there a similar card in DOMO (I know we can link this in the comments but might be nice if it was its own container), etc.
