Allow Keyboard Navigation to Sub-Pages from Dashboard hamburger

When opening the dashboard hamburger, you can keyboard tab to the page names, but you cannot expand out the pages that have sub pages to navigate to them, unless they have already previously been expanded.

 

Allow tabbing to the arrow, to activate expanding sub-pages, or allow a keyboard shortcut (right arrow? space?) to expand these items in the menu.
