Ability to change background color of a card, collection, or page (on a standard Domo page)

The ability to change the background color of elements on Domo Story pages is fantastic!  I would really like to have the same capability on standard Domo pages.  My use case today would be to change the background color of a notebook card to bright yellow to bring attention to important notes a user needs on a page.  My option today is to change the page into a story page and change the background color of the card.  The issue is that story page, as awesome as they are, are still a little clunky on a mobile device (phone in particular).

 

I would like the ability to change the background color of cards, collections (banner & contents seperately) and pages.
