Make Card filters visible to non editors

I would like to have all filters applied to a card become visible when you click the filter tool.  Currently, you can add filters to a card by clicking on the "show filters" tool, but it does not show any filters applied via the analyzer:Current viewCurrent view

I would like this tool to also provide visibility to the filters that were set in the analyzer by the card creator as well:Desired changeDesired change

You could even have these filters locked if the user is not an editor for the card.  I think it would be helpful for the consumers of the metric to understand what filters are being applied without needing editor access or getting in touch with the card creator.
