Set Default Page-Filters (Mimic default filtering in quick filters on cards, but for pages)

It would be great to be able to save default page-level filters (rather than applying filters in each individual card), which would greatly speed-up changing filters on pages full of cards, and it would also allow end-users to quickly filter an entire page. The current page-filter drop-downs from the top of the page are not sufficient as default filtering is not pushed-out to end-users, and our users like to use the page-filter cards. It could mimick default filtering in quick filters on cards, but just for pages.
