For ETLs, save and run without exiting the screen

When I am creating SQL ETLs (or magic ETLs), I would like to be able to save and run an ETL without exiting the coding screen.  I frequently will make a change, and then wish to run it to see if it produced the results I'm looking for on a card or cards. However, if I select "Save and Run" it exits the screen. I then have to go back into the screen, and re-run each transformation one by one. This is time consuming and tedious. It would be nice if I could simply save and run while staying in the coding screen.
