Option to turn off intro to Alert Center

Suggesting the ability to turn off the intro and head straight into the alert center.

 

It's neat the first time, but afterwards it feels like an unnecessary delay and is difficult/annoying to look at every time I want to get into the alert center.

 

The more I think about it, the reason it's personally unsettling is that it reminds me of the chocolate river scene from Willy Wonka. Robot LOL
