No longer able to upload new data via Workbench

Doing the same process every month for about a year, updating CSVs in existing jobs. But since yesterday, all my uploads fail, timing out. CSVs haven't changed in structure since last time it worked. Including an output example below... many mentions of "Stream" which I haven't noticed before...
